ok well theres this guy and ive liked him since 0ctober....well he likes my friend ALOT and the day my friend and someone eles started going out he called me and said he liked me...i dont know whether to belive it or not but he seems like he does but i dont know if its true because i think he just wants to get her jealous...please ill rate high..what should i do?!

if it seems really obvious that he's using you, don't let that fool toy with your heart. play hard to get. and if he keeps wanting more of you, just ask him bluntly if its that what he's trying to do (get your friend jealous). he'll feel like a total idiot if he finds out that you knew all along.

go for it ...date him ...just for a test the first few days... try to notice little things like if he askes about her....or trys to get your friend to notice and you and him are together.... just look for little things like that .....durring these few days try to not hang with your friend much so you can really see if he is in it for you or her......if she is a trustfull friend and she might get mad if you dont hang out with her than u might want to tell her what you are doing so she wont get mad good luck!!

Hey. ...Wow, that's a tough situation. ...But you're sure it seems like he likes you (you're not just saying that because it's what you want?). How does he react when your friend is around? If I were you I would tell him that I like him too but he liked my friend so i can't be sure if he really likes me and my friend gettign with her boyfriend was just bad timing or if he says he likes me to make her jealous or if he THINKS he likes me because he wants to be over her. I would tell him that even though I DO like him I feel we should wait a while (maybe a week or two or three... or depends how you feel) because just recently he really liked someone else and he may be confused. Don't let him make you feel guilty about waiting, if he does like you he'll understand. This time will let you see if he really is over her or if he was just trying to use you or what the deal is. And after that if he still likes you (and you'll know if he still likes you) then it'll be because of you and people can't say you got him on the rebound or anything. It'll prove he likes you.

Don`t get with him just yet. It seems really weird that all of a sudden he told you he liked you when your friend started going out with another guy. Just wait until he FINALLY makes a move on you. If you want, flirt with him, but to much because then if he really is trying to get your friend jealous, then it`ll mess you up && you`ll end up getting hurt. Just be friends with him still.
