I hate my mother in law

Question Posted Tuesday February 7 2006, 6:56 pm

I have 1 year and 5 months with my bf everything was going smooth ..specialy with his mother(my mother in law)I helped them a lot ,I went everyday to help out with anything and I did this with great joy and love but shortly me and my mother in law had a big fight becuase I heard that she was gossiping strange things about me .I got really mad about this ,at first I was really hurt I cried but than I got angry ...I don't understand why she did such thing .I feel such a hate when a see her ..last time she came at the door from my house and I was so mad that I got sick ..I don''t feel like seeing her .It hurts like hell inside because I really took her as a mother ..talking to her is no choice because I already tried (she wanted to slap me) For no reason.I don't deserve this .Why should I do ?
I don't want to get mad(hurt)when I sees her.
What should I do?
I don't want to loose my bf because off this .

It is really your boyfriends place to deal with his mother.

If he cares about your relationship, he will talk to his mother and make sure she treats you with respect. Once he stands up to her, I think you will see a change. So, talk to him and not his mother.

Good luck. :)

You have every right to be upset. I think she could easily be jelous that her son has found someone as great as you and think she could be loosing her son. Although avoiding her isn't the awnser cleary staying around her won't help eaither. I think you should talk to your bf and maybe he'll understand and talk to your mother in law for you.
I hope i helped
