so i have no life. i worked on this a longgg time til i figured it out. so as one person said the answer is;
(9y+2)(2y-3)
then you just FOIL it to make sure.
[first (9y*2y), outer (-3*9y), inner (2*2y) & last (2*-3)]
& it comes back out to;
18y^2-23y-6
