Question Posted Friday February 3 2006, 9:23 pm

On myspace this guys I dont really know asked me to be his valentines. And i said yes. But i thought it was sort of just a flirt type of thing. But when I said yes he seemed surpised.
I know this is stupid but..what does being eachothers valentines mean? It doesnt mean going out does it? =[ uh oh. lol

no. being someones valentine is just for that day where you can spend some time together, give gifts etc. youre only going out if he asks you out. = )

It really depends on who your talking to. To him it could mean your going out, but to you obviously not. You just need to talk to him but in a nice way because he obviously likes you and you dont want to hurt his feelings. Good luck!

I hope it wouldn't mean going out. It really depends on what they think "being a valentine" is. But I just think that it is just some small way of showing affection to anybody and they might have been surprised about you saying that (because they hardly know you or something). Don't be worried. If you really want to know, you could ask them.
