What I do to keep thin is I just eat vegetables or anything healthy. I can eat as much as I want and however many time I want, but I have to watch what I eat. When I get a craving for chips or something sweet, I go to my fridge and pick out something with less fat like a chicken caesar salad (actually very good). When you want something like soda, drink ovaltine instead(its a vitamin that tastes EXACTLY like chocolate milk). Whenever you feel like a burger, at a homemade sandwhich. This is a very good way to lose weight and you dont need to excersise although that helpes as well. Im not saying this wont be hard but after a while, you will get used to eating this way. I promise. Really hope this helps.
Good Luck

Anyway, energy in, energy out. Many people don't believe in diets because it's impossible to stay on them forever. You just have to work off what you heat. Every day.
ORR allow yourself one day a week to eat as much junk as you want. Always make it the same day, and never cheat, even if it's a birthday or Easter, ect. If you added up all of the days that are 'special diet cheat days' you'd be surprised. [ Krupple's advice column | Ask Krupple A Question ]
