Okayy ; So I'm 13 ; i weigh around 95 - 98 pounds and i'm 4"10 . 95 - 98 pounds doesn't sound like a lot, but because of how short I am, i have a stomach that like bulges out! I kind of considered anorexia, but it doesn't work for me. And I also have humoungus thighs that like touch together when i walk![ that's also because of my shortness ] . Do you know any workouts or diets that i could go on. Like not a major diet but like just one that could keep me away from junk food. Oh and people tell me i'll grow but i can't wait that long, so pleaseee pleasee help me!!
I suggest you only stick to excersing like jogging/running, pull ups, sit ups, working out because you are only 13 and weigh 95-98 pounds and it would not be healthy to decrease in the amount you weigh.
