I need to lose weight Hey, i'm a girl. I weigh about 105 pounds and my height is 5 feet. I am very active and do sit ups and leg lifts every night. im trying to lose 5 pounds. what foods should i eat and stay away from?

soda, choclate, bread & pasta are pretty much the basic things you should stay away from. if you like salad maybe eating that more often instead of one of the more unhealthy things you might eat would help. ]

I`m not going to talk you out of it since you want to lose weight-even though you don`t need too-, but you should stop eating junk food & anything that has sugar. Eat strawberry's or any fruit that has the word "berry" in it. Avoid fried foods & anything that has flour in it & stuff like candy. ]
