i'm trying to get in better shape and lose a lot of weight because i'm not the smallest person in the world that's for sure. i want to try and make my stomach a little thinner...i have really strong abs just a little too much fat haha. and i'm also trying to thin out my thighs and my face a little bit. i eat cereal for breakfast and i've been trying to eat a salad for lunch everyday it's hard but i'm trying to keep it up. i also do 200 crunches every night. any other suggestions?

first of .. cereal might not be the best thing to eat. maybe you could try fruit, yogurt, you want to have 6 dairys a day.
do you have a YMCA or some place around you. that you could become a member and then use thier stuff. because that would be the best thing to do.
if not, i would run, and do crunches but go up 10 a night. and for your face, that just goes away with getting older and losing weight.
you should only eat 3 meals a day, with 2 snacks.
if you can eat one hour after waking up . and no later then 7 p.m that's good too.
it's all about porportions . that's the key.
