Be nice & give really good advice. Put a picture of yourself (if your comfortable with it) & decorate your column with really pretty things & just make it cute. Update alot. Add people as your favorite columnists. Honestly, it doesn`t matter of how many questions you get in your inbox. You just need to answer as many questions as you can.

If you have a xanga put the link on there, AI
profiles, Myspaces.Give good advice. Mostly when people see that you gave good advice to them. They will ask for more.

You just have to give the best advice you can. Have a cool column. It draws a lot of attention. Make friends on the site. Be nice, and add people as favorite. Don't leave people messages telling them you added them or anything because it's chit chatting. Get on Frappr and make friends there. Put your advice link everywhere. If you have myspace, xanga, your AIM profile, put it there.

That is probably about average.

Usually inbox questions are someone wanting some follow up advice to something you answered on site.

Sometimes they are people who liked the advice you gave them on the site once before.

So, the key is just to give good advice to the questions you answer. Sooner or later someone will want to know more. :)
