umm, i dont see an adress bar {where a url shows up} and i was wondering how i could get it back

Right click the toolbar at the top and make sure "Address bar" has a check mark next to it. If not, click it.

You can click on View, then Toolbars, then Address Bar, and that will let you see it again.
Or you could've done something accidentally...
Press F11. That will also work. At least, for my computer it does.

At the top of your Internet Explorer, go to 'View', scroll down to 'Toolbars', and click on 'Address Bar' and your address bar will be visible again.
