I keep Breaking out!

Hello:-]

Well i keep breaking out between my upper lip and my nose, && i have no clue why i wash my face all the time!
And it happens reguarly (even after my period)..What can i do!?

&& dont think i have herpes haha

It's normal to break out. Try changing your diet. Don't eat so much chocolate, fats and such because that causes people to break out. Honestly, try getting Proactiv. If you don't want to spend your money on it, try something else. Keep washing your face and using lotions.
