I'm in the same boat as you...
I'm pretty slender, but I always find myself craving junk food. (Btw - I agree. Watermelon is delish, as well lol) It is especially hard for me because both of my parents are on diets so they try to avoid purchasing those types of food.

There isn't much you can do about it. I guess I'd reccomend to use your own money to buy the foods you are craving, but don't bring them around your parents. Use going out with your friends as an excuse for eating those types of foods. That is what I do, and it works pretty well! Hope I have helped out <3

My dad gets these every now and then. What he does to stop the cravings is eat some junk food. Just go to the store and buy some junk food and go to a friends house and share it with him/her.

Thanks for rating!

Maybe you're premenstrual...who knows!!

I crave junk food all the time! Its cuz its so good! But, after i have staisfyed by junkie cravings usually i feel sick and long for healthier stuff. Maybe you could try making your own junk food. Cut up some poatoes drizzle them with oil and sprinkle with aslt. Put em in the oven and viola!! Fries!! If you really want the real stuff go over your friends house and ask if you could steal theirs (in a nice understaning way of course!). Being a teen means your gunna have these kinds of cravings...so do what i do shake em off and move off! You're loosing nothing but gaining a healthier body! Think how much thinner you'll be than the other kids!!

It's perfectly normal to get cravings for junk good and or any kind of food during your teen years.
Because you are still growing.
It happens to almost every one so don't worry about it.
When you have cravings for junk food try eating an apple or just any fruit.
You can't really control your cravings they just happen.
