i just joined this site and im so confused. it wont let me upload ANY pictures because they are over 15k. how do you make them so they arnt?

Maybe give some free advice about: Advicenators?
bring the picture to paint. push ctrl+w and type in like 50% in both of the top thingys, and if its still too big just keep shrinking it ..like do 50% again if its too big.

i know it sucks dosent it? well what i do is i
go to my pictures and right click on the picture i want,then i do "edit" then i go to the top of the toolbar and go to image "stretch/screw" then do for the sizes i do 50% for both.And then go to file "save", and then i click "done".I hope i could help you out!
