AS a guy, i suggest you don't hang out with him.
He likes you and flirts you, but that is cheating cause he already has one. when he is ignoring you, it is probably because he and his girl had a beef about him hanging out with other girls.
He is also checking out his options. you are his option in case......... ie. you are the rebound plan. If you are not # 1 then why should he be your number onein your life.
NOw lets say you ignore that advice and despite everything, you and he hook up. He will not be stright with you for he will always be with other girls besides you.

Well my friend, its obvious the guy really wants nothing more than to get his ego/confidence up. The fact that you let him flirt with you when you know he has a woman, kinda tells him that you would be willing to "get" with him if the opportunity came..He likes you, however, not the way you are hoping he likes you. Trust me i know what im talking about, ive done it in the past, it gives me a thrill to know that even though i have a girlfriend, i still got my player skills.
