WHATS iN?

Question Posted Monday January 16 2006, 2:49 pm

I'm looking for some changes in my wardrobe; more like an update. I dress more preppy and girlie.

I would like to know, what are some styles that are "in" like what brands, hair styles, clothes, shoes, accessories, make up, purses, all sorts of things like that. =] Thanks girliess.

Shoe wise: birckenstocks, uggs, sandals.
Bottom wise: Try jean skirts with legging underneath (which you can find at abercrombie). also have dark abercrombie jeans with those long uggs (jeans tucked into uggs), the uggs should be a dark brown.
Brands: Abercrombie, A. eagle. top wise: try polos, you can ever go wrong with polos. layer 2 tanktops, that always looks adorable. a tight fitting long sleeve shirt with a dee v-necked tight tee-shirt. you can always try a vintage look, try the brand junkfood. very vintage style shirts; long sleeve, short & taks.
jewelry wise: big chuncky necklaces are in. as well as many little bracelets (maybe some wooden).
hair wise: if you have straight hair, get a complete new look. dont dye it though, that always looks fake when you're younger. get layers, and have it shoulder length. even if you like your hair a little longer, shoulder length looks god on everyone. you might also want SIDE bangs. When going to school sporting side bangs, be sure to straighten them. shmpoos id reccommend: Garnier fructis, biolage, pantene pro v.
make-up wise: maybeline. you can never go wrong with maybeline products. for lip gloss, get things like juicy tube. or agatha ruiz de la prada (tropical flavors).
accessories: big belts are in.the kind that dont go through jeans but over them, and clip. believe it or not, scarves are in, like wool scarves. indoors & outdoors. as for handbags, you can never go wrong with wristlets, prefferably coach.

i really hope i helped you and your fashion crisis!
rate if you can please!
