ok my friend is going out with a guy who has herpes and she gives him oral but she said he doesnt hasnt had any breakouts or sumthin like dat cuz hegets treatments for it but it doesnt matter right? she'll still get herpes too...is that true?..because if it is then i'll tell her to go get tested..im pretty worried

Tell her to go get tested! If I recall correctly, those who treat outbreaks to the point where they aren't visible can still give herpes and herpes is incurable.
