Well, I really only want answers from people who are experienced or if you know somebody that can help. Sites with information might be nice, too.
I want to start a community on live journal, but I can't really make layouts. So I have two questions..
*How do I make layouts for live journal?
*And how do you really start to make a communitym like make it good?

What do you need to know that the LJ FAQ doesn't cover?
Most importantly, you need a paid account to make styles. Without a paid account you can only use overrides which don't really give you much control.
