how do you make a line graph on excel
because i have problems with the bottom row not column but row it says 1 2 3 4 5 6 when its really supposed to be years
and when you have a macintosh how do you put it into a jpeg, gif, etc format when you drag it to the desktop

someone please help

highlight the whole table your making into a graph including the years, click chart wizard the graph should appear with the years. if the years dont come up, across the top it says series then hit add then it says category (X) axis labels: put thr cuser in the box and go back to the table and re highlight the years then they should appear :)
im not sure if its any different but when u hit save as where u type what its called under should be another box with a down pull arrow hit that and change what sort of file it is :) hope i helped! x
