I was wondering if there was a program on the internet to scan files before I download them to see if they will harm my computer. If there is provide the link please.

microsoft anti-spyware is really great and you can set so it automatically checks your computer and stuff. you can set it to your email so that whats sent isnt a virus or anthing, its pretty cool. im not sure where you can get it but im sure youd be able to find it on the internet.

Well, this is a good, free antivirus program that can scan if AFTER you put it on your computer. There's really no way to scan something BEFORE you download it - it needs to be on your computer for the program to scan it!

It's called "AVG Anti-virus Free"
