i'm 113 pounds right now and i need to lose about... 15 pounds but i'm 5'7 so it's sort of hard any suggestions?

Is it possible to tell me why you think you should lose weight? You sound desperately thin right now and could certainly throw yourself (if you haven't already) into anorexia nervosa and/or bulimia. Both are deadly. I'm 5'8" and I was anorectic when I was a teen and then bulimic when I was in college. Those days were scary and I don't want you to have to go through that.

If you feel like you need some toning, then that would be different. But be careful about overdoing the exercise. Many anoretics and bulimics become addicted to exercise.

you dont need to lose weight, maybe you just have a flabby stomach and wanna tone it up? do sit ups, crunches, send bends, side crunches.
but if you insist to lose weight, eat healthy, not after 7, cut out all sugars and sodas. drink water, move more...hope i helped

I bet your pretty darn skinny i have a friend that is 5'7 and she is 135 and she isnt fat, if you loose 15 pounds you will be 98 pounds i weigh that much and im 5'3, i dont think you need to loose that much weight
