Dieting?

You probably get asked a lot of theses type of questions, but im worried about my weight.
I am 16(i know im yong to worry: but id like to put my mind to rest) i am 5'5 and i weigh 132Ibs
I am probably over reacting but i always feel bloated and round. I walk a lot, i do tummy crunches etc drink a lot of water , don't eat chocolate, eat plenty fruit and veg... healthy stuff and treat myslf ever now and then. But should i just be weary of my weight? How can i tone my stomach? like have a flat tight stomach?

Iam going to assume you're a female for one :-)

You may just be overreacting and seeing something that really isn't as bad as you perceive it. Weight is deceiving, some people look 300 lbs and only are 200 and some look 200 and are like 300. Your best judge is the mirror, the mirror never lies. From what you have mentioned you eat pretty clean, now the question of how often you eat comes into play. The reason you may be experiencing bloat is because of either salt intake of your foods, or the fact that you aren't eating enough and your body is restricting what it already has from a lack of adequate nutrition. Continue eating your good fiet and stay away from the junk, the only way to tone the stomach is by dieting, listen to your body, if you're hungry, eat...if youre too tired to work out, then rest. Don't stress too much about about the weight, stress causes you to hold subcanteous fluids. Be strong and keep me posted.
