my hair is naturally pretty curly but like scrunchy curly. but as soon as it's all the way dry it gets frizzy and wavyy but nasty. so when it's wet i put gel in it and then i have spray too but when it's done it always looks really cute but the top of my head like where my roots are...is really frizzy and flat and no matter what i do it always stays that way. any advice?

you could try blow drying it curley, and that might help.
that happens to me some times, i just get over it. because it doesnt bother me to much.
so chances are that they only look bad to you, but no one else notices them.
i would just blow dry it curley, then when you are about to leave for where ever you are going put some spray in it. and dont touch it until it's dry.
