new years eve

okay me and my friends are trying to decide what to do on new years eve we dont want to be home. Theres going to be kids rangin from 14-16 in the group. We live in Fairfax,va if any of you live there you know how boring it is in fairfax this time of the year when theres nothing to do. We dont want to go to the movies or mall. Any suggestions? i rate high..preferably ppl who live in or near fairfax/manassas u get the point. Thanks!!

I don't live near Fairfax but maybe you could do this.. last New Year's Eve, a couple of my friends went to a park or someplace outdoors & watched the fireworks then had a party // sleepover afterwards. Sorry, that doesn't help much but that's the only thing I can think of.
