I am a 14 year old girl and for a about a year now everyday I have a thick white cream come out of me.. yea I know thats gross but I was just wondering is this natural or should i be worried?

You shouldn't be worried cause itz just discharge and you should just use pantiliners when you need it.

If you don't want it to get on your underwear you can try wearing thin pads/pantyliners.

i think its pretty normal because girls get this for quite some time before their period . so dont be scared, its just your body telling you that everything is going okay .

Sounds like discharge.. That is normal for your age especially if you haven`t started your period.. Maybe wear a mini pad so it doens`t get in your underwear and be prepared at all times.. ♥ Dez

well im not sure about that cuz it never heard of that and it never happened to me. maby you should get that checked out by a dermatoligist or some kinda doctor or nurse.
