HOW DO I GET NOTICED??I know its long but please read!!!

Question Posted Saturday December 24 2005, 8:02 pm

14/f...I like one of my best guy friends named Will but he doesn't know it. He is really close with my best friend Kate. They knew each other like a whole year before I met him so that's why. Whenever she's not around me and Will he talks to ME nonstop. But when she's around, I can NEVER get him to even talk to me. I feel left out and I always think "how am I supposed to get him to like me if he's always busy talking to her?" I have no idea what to do and I am so confused. Winter formal(dance) is coming up and I want him to ask me. But how do I get noticed? (and if you say flirting...can you please be specific)Thanks.I RATE HIGH!
ps. merry x-mas to everyone

You would be surprised how many people say that! Well to start off with be your self, talkative, loud, friendly, how ever your personality is dont change for any guy. Try to get into there convo keep it going ask questions get him to focus on both of you. You want him to be happy right? well dont take her away from him just add a new friend (you). Talk to him when she is and isn't around dont change when she is around. Be yourself. Let me no what happends!

merry christmas to you too! hes probably talks to her more because he knows her more... him know you too. there's just a stronger bond between them two because they have a longer friendship. if you want to talk to him then call him and talk to him on your own time... if hes acting like he likes you then ask himto the dance. hope i helped!

He is twisted in his own mind. He likes you but then he doenst wanna hurt the friendship the tree of you had. If you want him that badly then you gotta prove to him thatyou da one. The next time your alone together tell him how you really feel and that you never met anybody like him that made you feel those feelings. He may not wanna hurt his friendship so tell him that is cool but you wanna be more den firneds. Then you gradually ask HIM to the winter formal.
