a hicky is pretty much like sucking.
people usually get hickies on their neck.
when you give a hicky your usually making out or something. then you'll start to kind of kiss and suck the persons neck. ha hope i helped. =]

Well you suck onto their neck, nibble/kiss/bite so it doesn't really hurt. Sooner or later the skin gets red. When you get one you can either hide it under a sweater or long hair, or just show off to your friends. Hah!
