I get mad sometimes because I don't like how my family talks to me sometimes. It's like they are critizising me all the time for doing little things. How do I stop getting mad at them? They would tell my they don't mean anything on what they said. How can I find other advice sites that is like charity supported or government on the internet?
Really you just have to try to ignore the comments they make, after all they are only words, but I know that it isn't always easy to do.
I don't know if any of these sites will help but they are the only ones that I know about that deal with anger management (you could try using Google to find others):-

I'd just tell them to knock it off, that you don't appriciate the things they say to you and if they're going to talk to you like that then just don't bother talking to you at all. [ EvilCheshire's advice column | Ask EvilCheshire A Question ]
