Help your boyfriend understaind that your dad is just trying to protect you. Tell him it'll be okay if he finds out, just alittle yelling. But if your scared too, then I think you should try talking to your dad about this and ask him why hes so protective. But mostly all fathers are liek that, there scared about their little girls growing up to fast and exc. Goodluck! =)

It depends on why your boyfriend is scared of what your dad is going to do when he finds out about the two of you dating. First of all, how old are you two? Second of all, have you done something that is the reason that your boyfriend is scared. Maybe you should sit down w/ your family and introduce your boyfriend to them if you haven't yet.

ok i was in the same situation...my dad is very stricked and he doesnt want me dating but this guy asked me out and we hid our relationship for 6 months (then he turened out and ass hole...and stuff when wrong but thats besides the point lol) but during that 6 months we were going out in secrect and i would tell my father lies about who and where i was going i felt horrible but as long as your relationship is better then mine and he doesnt cheat...or lie to you and loves you then try your best to not be scared and if you new my dad then your dad probably isnt as bad and there will be nothing to fear...if worse comes to worse then tell your dad your just friends or go out in a town were no one knows you....GOOD LUCK AND HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR EVERYTHING SHOULD WORK OUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU GUYS DO!!!!!

Maybe tell him so your dad doesn`t find out the way you don`t want him to.. but if you have a reason on why you don`t want him to know then try your best to hide it til your ready which i`m sure your already doin that.. But If your not tellin him eventually he`ll end up fidnin out.. ♥ Dez

Break up? That'd be the only real thing you could do besides not break up.
