weird eating schedule sorry its long

k this summer i was slightly anorexic and now i keep getting really moody when i have to eat fattening food

also i get hungry at ten in the morning, 4 in the afternoon, and ten at night, even though i have to eat every mori=ning at 6:30, 11:50 for lunch, and 7 ish for dinner.

how can i fix this? i dont really eat that much at meals and then snack or go hungry between.

please any help at all?

If you cant emotionally handle eating fatty foods, try to find healthy alternatives. like dried fruits with natural sugars instead of chocolate. etc.
and try eating at the times you have to, and not when your hungry and you may be able to alter your eating schedule.
if you start relapsing into anorexia, which is not hard to do, try talking to someone who can help. :)

You should definetley start eating healthy and eat when you're supposed to. Eventually you'll get used to it. Even if you dont want to eat then at least have something healthy to keep your body the way its supposed to be and it will make you feel good too. Take care of yourself, do yourself a favor and give your body the nutrients it needs!

There is no magical time that we're "supposed" to eat. Do what I did. Eat something small for breakfast, regardless of the fact that you're not hungry first thing in the morning. That should keep you until lunch.
