Hey! =]
I don't run EVERYDAY. But I exercise every day/go to the gym daily. I run about 4 times a week, one mile a day. But of course I can run a lot longer then that, but I don't really want to lose anymore weight! =] I run about 10 minutes a day, around my school track. But when I wanted to lose weight, I ran for like an hour to an hour 1/2 a day!
