well he could like you but it seems to me that he likes this other gurl more you could either compet you know show him and her whos boss or you can try to forget him instead of chancing getting hurt

You just wait it out. Although you may think it's the end of the world it honestly isn't. Just wait a while and see if eventually breaks up with this other chick, and if he doesn't make a move and tell him you like him. Maybe he'll like you back?
