#1 - Because the world exists. For those who say that "science doesn't prove G-d" I (and several scientist including Dr. Gerald Schroeder) would disagree. I won't get into specifics here - if you want some, you can e-mail me.

#2 - G-d should be praised only if you mean it. There is no reason to praise something you don't believe in; in fact it's a mockery of yourself.

#3 - The reasons to believe in G-d are the same to not believe in G-d. The choice is ultimately yours; but I personally think there is a lot more to existence than being born, eating, sleeping, working, procreating, and dying. I personally think that this world is more than a self-running science experiment. Again you can "prove" that it is or you can "prove" that it isn't.

I do not believe in god. From a scientific standpoint, it's simply not logical. Just looking at religions, there are so many conflicting religions out there. They can't all be right- how do you choose just one and follow its teachings & be certain that you're pleasing your god?

I don't believe in a god, therefore, there is nothing to praise. Whatever makes you feel closer to god, I suppose. As far as I'm concerned, organized religion is a bunch of crap. No one should tell you what you NEED to do in order for a god to love and accept you.

Whatever makes you happy. I'm not going to try and sway you one way or another. Your faith is something you need to handle yourself.

i dont believe in god, because he cant be proven adn the bible contradicts its self a lot. but i do think that something that gives people hope and that has set our moral standards is a god thing in its own right.

I dont think a good needs to be worshiped, if there is a god the fact that one believes deep i thier heart shoud be enough. there is no need to preach to others, religion should be a personal choice and not pushed on anyone

there is no reason to not or ot believe in god. Think of what you believe and follow that,or perhaps research other religions that maye suit you more.

whether you believe something or not , which is not in your experience is not at all making any difference for his life. if you are a believer, then anybody can make you to belive anything. instead if you make it as an experiential process, no need of believe it or not. do you ever belive that you have 2 hands or 2 legs. even if medical science changes its names tomorrow , you won't feel bother, because you know how to use it for your life. all that is needed only for that. if you really want more details, i can suggest one book, which has the collection of question and answer from a living master sadhguru jaggi vasudev the founder of ishafoundation. you can visit its website if you are interested. otherwise it is not compulsive. you can read the book "encounter the enlightened" , at last, if there is anything god, either he must be everywhere or he must be nowhere. if he is everywhere he must be within you also. if you not explore him within you, the closest destination to you, no matter, whereever you roam or search, -----.if you need any help don't hesitate to contact me. i will try to help you as much as i can from my little experience

1. I don't think I believe in "God". I just believe in...whatever. There's something there, but it doesn't have to be God. This just makes the most sense to me.

2. Maybe he/she/it shouldn't be praised. I mean, think about it--assuming this "God" created the world we live in, he/she/it is responsible for those food packages that SAY they're easy to open but you end up ripping them and spilling food all over the place. And the radio. They play a really good song, and never play it again. But they play the same really awful songs all day long. Oh, and not to mention rapists and AIDS and politicians and millions of other things that we would be better off without. I mean, what was God thinking? Maybe we should just shun he/she/it.

3. Depends on your personal preference.

After a great deal of inquiry and consideration, I chose to be an atheist. I can find no direct evidence of God, and I find the whole phenomenon of belief to be a normal psychological function. We find that we need to believe something, and the world religions have made it easy for us. I find it much more challenging, intellectually, to be an atheist because the world is inconcievably complex, and trying to make sense of it without resorting to "supernatural" explanations is a challenge, albeit an exciting and rewarding one. You will find that there is much in our experience that we can explain without resorting to a god, and what we can't explain yet only provides us with more food for thought. Free inquiry is golden.

Well, for all atheists or once atheists or whatever, if there is no god then how did we get here. I know ya'll believe in evolution, but if there was such a thing then how come it isn't still happening today. Did it just randomly stop? i think its really stupid how someone could belive in evolution, if there were such a thing it woudl still be going on today and we wouldn't need to reproduce.

beliving or not beliving in god is all about faith and beliving the impossible. If you can belive that there is someone who has your whole life planned out then u belive in god. I belive in god for many reasons but everone has their own opinion and differnt image of god and there is nothing wrong with that
