omg i deleted it!

omg i just deleted something on my computer and deleted it from the recycling bin omg i need it back is there any way to get it back please help!!!

go to downloads.com and look for a program that will do it for you.

go to control panel and look for system restore.

Go to Start then go to Search.
Type in the thing you deleted and see if it comes up.
If it does restore it.
