wicked confused!
alright im really confused so anyone who can help me ill rate 5..here goes...kinda long
Okay i have really really liked this boy for like 4 months and over time i have gotten to know him more and when i see him we hang out..(i see him at church) ...but than theres this other girl who likes him also and he flirts with us about the same....but he grabbed her but which made me kind of mad.. but anyways he knowss i like him so he knows i get mad when he says oh "shes so hot" so he does that kind of stuff of purpose like joking around , but than i asked him for his necklace (it was a chain thinging you know?) and he gave it to me...not to have i dont think?..haha..alright well one time i was telling everyone a story and he was there and in the story cause i got in a fight with a girl and he said "oh your sticking up for me" and i siad no but i was and he said oh well i would have kissed you if you were...i dont know if he likes me, doesnt, or is just leading me on...and what do i do??!!? ..HELP.

Okay so my advice would be to do this:
1) Go up to him one day and tell him what you think, I know that I am not in your position so I don't know what it feels like but trust me just go up to him maybe blow a little flurts and if he reacts then you'll know, if he doesn't ask you out he's playin hard to get so you do the same don't respond to any of his actions for a week.
2)When he finally figures out your ignorin him and comes up to u that means that he cares for you and he knows that he can't be ignored that long from you without sayin anything if he likes you, but if he doesn't than in that week that you ignore him he doesn't even bother to say anything to you he's standing you up like a puppet.

Look, i think that he likes you. But we can't be sure. Watch his behaviour. Is he talking to you before you do it? The best thing you should do is to stop behaving the same as you used to. Start talking a lot with the others and not with him so much. Then act like not being jealous when he does something with an other girl. You should also stop flirting so much him and start flirting with an other boy just on purpose(a lttle bit. Don't overdo it!). BUT, talk with him. I don't mean stop chatting! Just not that much. Don't make him feel that he is the centre of your attention. Got it? And show him that you are interested but not that much.
And remember smiling!That helps. Boys like it...
Generally, do what he does now. Confuse him!He will understand what you believe now...

that kind of thing always used to go on with the immature boys a few years ago, and it can make a girl really self conscious. if there's a guy you like and he's grabbing other girls saying how good looking they are.. not only is it inappropriate, but amazingly immature.
if you think this guy is really worth it, you should probably tell him you have feelings for him and see if anything changes with him and this other girl.
also, if a guy says he would kiss you and you want him to, POUNCE ON HIM hah. no but seriously, he said he would have kissed you, you should've been all well i would have kissed you too ;]

wow, seems complicated. but it prolly isnt.
it sounds like he REALLY likes you...so i say stop being shy and if he asks you somthing like your sicking up for him ect. ect. then tell him the truth.
but it also sounds like he likes the shy type, so kinda smile a lil bit and maybe blush when you tell him, he'll come around fer sure.
