how much calories to consume by end of the day for weight lo

Im trying to lose weight Is it okay to consume more calories but w/less fat in them by end of the day.

Example: Consumed total 1770 cals
" " 24 grams

all you need is 20 minutes of exercise a day and eat foods like lean cusine the frozen dinners are lean cusine. they taste like regular food you can eat anything just as long as it si a small portain just try lean cusine if you would like.

well it is normal to have 2000- 2500 calories a day, but to lose some weight just eat all your food groups and healthy things and workout atleast 3 days a week and you should be fine

oh dont worry i have the same problem but what i did was cutting down on my eating and exersising 5 days a week if you really want to know how many calories you should have go to e diet.com
