No, it wont was out. Not for a very long time at that. Try bleach if the shirt is white. If not, wait. There isn't much you can do. [ shake's advice column | Ask shake A Question ]
Razhie answered Saturday December 10 2005, 1:07 pm: To remove permanent marker stains from most fabrics, try a mix of rubbing alcohol and household ammonia. (Ask your mom, she'll probably have these around.) Test it on a hidden area of the shirt first too make sure it doesn't bleach it. If it does, cut out the ammonia and just use the rubbing alcohol. Soak the area thoroughly and pat it, don't rub at it.
DO NOT use water, especially not hot water, as that will spread the stain and sets it. Only use water after you have removed as much of the stain as possible.
Let the clothes hang dry, if the stain is still there, drying them with heat will set it. If you can see the stain after it dries, just try again. [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]
