DrMinkus answered Tuesday December 6 2005, 7:49 pm: It's all depending on your body type. Usually the pants exersices or simple, but can be harsh on your back. For example, Crunches will work wonders if you do enough. but can be horrible on your spine and neck. so the price of looking good is painfull. There also various work out machines. But most are expensive. If you consistant with crunches, and you don't feel pain in your neck. Do about 25-30 a day. Going up a 5 or so everyday. Like this maybe
Day 1-25
Day 2-30
day 3-40
day 4-45
day 5-55
day 6-60
day 7-70
Theres a 7 day schedule. It's not always easy, and eating right as a huge part to do with it, but it will pay off in the end. you may even develop abs if your consistant, and keep up on it. Good Luck, and I hope this helps.

Extra tips- If you neck doesn't hurt from crunches but your lower back does, try laying on a blanket, or yoga mat if you have one.
-If you find crunches to be to easy. Maybe try taking a 15 pounds weight and holding it on your chest and continue to do crunches. You're sure to break a sweat, but you'll drop that pants size in roughly 15-30. *I consistant with exersice, and eating properly. [ DrMinkus's advice column | Ask DrMinkus A Question ]
DancinCutie08 answered Tuesday December 6 2005, 7:41 pm: it depends really. it depends on brands and what size you are now. how loose/tight the pants that you are wearing.. how you eat. i would say average 1-2 weeks (5-12 lbs) if you change your eating habbits and exercize.
