A really basic one with not extra steps or positions should basically start from a clean fifth position, go straight up with as much elevation as possible, and come back down to the same fifth position you started in. Keep your knees locked in the air, your feet together and your upper body still. Land with your kness slightly bent in a demi plie, with your heels down (otherwise you run the risk of injury to your ankles) and don't lean forward or back.
