Intrest Letters
I am in the 10th grade and I am already recieving intrest letters. The problem is that I have no IDEA what I want to do in life. I was once thinking about majoring in psychology, but I have no iDEA, can someone please Help me

okay, i'm in college now, and i remember i was also very stressed about trying to figure out what i want to do. but here's what i have realized since then: very few people know what they want to do until they actually start going to college, and those who say they do, will most likely change their major a hundred times. so don't worry, you're not alone.
in college, you can usually have an "undeclared major" the first one or two years, which just means that you will be taking the basic courses plus some electives that might help you figure out what it is that you like. also, think of the bigger categories, like science/business/liberal arts/fine arts/education/law. rule out the ones you definitely don't like, and think which ones interest you more, then look for universities that have the best colleges for that area.
anyway, don't worry, it'll come to you. for now, just keep exploring the different possibilities, figure out your priorities in a job, and don't get stressed out =)

Well just think of what you like to do. If you like psychology, then you have many options to pursue. You can become a clinical, counseling, or forensic psychologist. Or, you can get a doctor's degree in psychology and become a psychiatrist. I also want to major in psychology! But like I said, you really have to learn about yourself and what you like to do - whether it's helping people, working on your own, or working with people.

I'm in 10th grade too and I have no idea what i want to do in life either! the problem with me is...i love to do more than one thing and i don't know what i want to stick with! Just choose something that you like to do. Do you like to work with kids? Try being a teacher or a pediatrician(sp)? or do you like to decorate or design? try an interior designer? Just choose something that you like!

No one knows. Join the club. They key is try to find a major you like, but that will earn you some momey. My dad majored in psychology and he's an air traffic controller now. Nothing to do with psychology. But at 19, I dunno what I wanna do. At 15, I wouldn't expect you would know either.

im not to sure what anyone can help you with. its not like we can tell you what you want to be you have to find out yourself. but dont worry im in 10th grade and have know idea what i want to be and i know alot of people that are like me to. dont worry you will figure it out
