take egg white and put them on the oily spots. its an old home remedy and i swear it works. rinse it off when done.

rice paper from bath and body works. it's meant to wipe off oil, and it is super cheap. it absorbs all the oil on your skin. i can't remember the exact price, but i know it is less than $5.

Oxy pads/Stridex pads, or clearisil spot treatment is good if you only have a couple spots that are greasy and don't want to risk drying out the rest of your skin. They're all pretty inexpensive, and they work really well.
