I get the whole move your tougue spell your name part. But, how do I start it?

Hmmm... well you have to go in for it I guess? Like a normal kiss at 1st then start to do the whole open mouth thing (you don't "have" to spell your name, just move your tounge around). Or you can just start with open mouthes. Sorry, making out is kind of hard to explain. After you do it more you'll get the hang of it. Hope this helpsss ♥
