People tell me that im not over weight, but to me i am. Its so bad that i cant even get up in front of a group because i am so nervous about my weight or how i look. People tell me to be myself and not care what they think but its not enough. Its becoming a real issue for me. What should i do?

There are gonna be certain things about yourself that your never gonna like, and that your gonna wanna change. Weight is one of them. People will tell you honest opinions and others will lie. But if your at a weight limit with everyone else or a little older i hope your just kidding about asking me for advice. Just like i answered sum other question below you cut back serving sizes and exercise. you will feel better about yourself and not so much as an outkast. good luck =] ]
