this may sound stupid but...how do u rephrase "PMS" like if u were to tell a guy its PMS... w.o wanting to say its PMS..and scaring the crap outta him? hah thanks <3
p.s. it isnt PMS it just feels like it all over again and i thats the 1st thing that came to my mind. when i said "it feels like..ehh"
if your tryna explain why your so moody, touchy ETC. then you should just say "its the time of the month" or "its the girly problem" he's bound to understand it works with me lol.
or if thts not what you mean then use one of these...
- hormones catching up with me.
- im not feeling myself right now
- im having a off day
i cant think of anything else hunni sorry but just say it like it is. whatever it is he'll understand.
i hope this helped hun if it didnt im sorry n if i misunderstood your question or you want to ask anything else leave me a message or email me or somethin n ill rephrase me answer xxx [ xOHunni-2-HelpOx's advice column | Ask xOHunni-2-HelpOx A Question ]

If you tell someone it's PMS you are basically already rephrasing it into something more simple then having to say it's premenstrual syndrome.

Teza answered Friday November 25 2005, 12:34 am: Just say you're in a bad mood. Most guys know that all girl's PMS so it's nothing they will be freaked out about. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
