Dyslexia? I think that I might be becoming dyslexic. I'm not sure if that can happen so I'm debating on whether to tell my parents.
I've recently (starting about a year ago) started having trouble with reading and with reading numbers.
Say I try to give a number out and it's something like, 764-383-9827. If I try to read it off of something that it was written on it would probably come out something like, 764-833-9728. It's really agrivating because it doesn't matter how long I look at the number; whenever it comes out of my mouth, they are always flip flopped.
It also happen with words and reading; it was just easier to explain with numbers. Sometimes I even read things that aren't even on the paper I'm reading off of. Like, if the word was "with" I might read it as "when" or "what". Should I tell my parents about it?

I would definetly tell your parents about it. It can't hurt...the worst thing that can happen is that you get tested for dyslexia and you don't have it. You can always go to a learning specialist for help. Definetely tell your parents, if you do have dislexia you can be helped which will be so much easier for you than stuggling all the time ]
i have the same problem, kind of. i'll read something and think it says one thing, but then i'll look at it again and think it says something else, and then when i look at it like the 3rd or 4th time and really read it i realize what is says. maybe it could just be that you're mind is thinking about different things or you could have a learning disability. i would suggest telling your parents about it so you may be tested for it. hope i helped. Well, you might have a learing dissabiblity and if the only problem your having is reading number back word i'm mentio it to someone but if your grade are falling and things keep getting worse i'd talk to you doctor or parents so you can get help with you learing problem. Good Luck! ]
It sounds like you might have Dyslexia, but I'm not sure that it's something that just comes on like that, it could be an unconscious concentration problem. By that I mean that although you don't realise it consciously your concentration level slips at times when you're reading or writing or talking to someone. Either way you really need to talk to your parents about it and get it checked out by a doctor. Dyslexia and concentration problems aren't a major problem as long as they are found and acted on quickly.
Hope this helps
