Forgetfulness??

Okay well i'm just wondering if anyone else has this problem or if they have overcome it...i used to be a real good student in school and i could remember alot of things...but lately, i cant remember ANYTHING...like just today, i was talking to a friend in the bathroom about another friend and not even 5 minutes later the friend that i was talking about asked what we said...and i couldnt remember...i had to think...normally i could just tell her...do i just have too much on my mind or what? its starting to worry me because i cant remember to do anything anymore. anybody know whats going on or how to fix it?

that same thing happens to me ALL THE TIME. Yah i think it is because you have a lot on your mind or because you're really busy. What I do is just take some time to clear my mind try yoga or something it really helps.

i have the same problem. theres a word for it, and a way to overcome it..but i cant seem to remember what it is. and im not kidding around either. its alright, besides the fact it sort of makes you look dumb. but what is that quote? something about "ignorance is bliss"

Gosh I hate it too. I dont know your age..But im guessing your a teenager. Us teenagers have SOO much on our minds right now. School,teachers,Social issues,Parent issues, sports.. I could go on. Its hard to put room in your brain. Its totally normal for us to be this way. Its not normal to be the opposite of this.
Teachers and other people have to understand that we're teenagers &&we're doing with so much.
It will get better as we grow up. But the best thing to do is to really organize. I dont mean just school work , but also just sort everything out in your brain. Try not to be so cluttered. Like make sure everything around you is organzied too. It will really help you just feel calm and help you clear your brain.
Also when your in a situation..Like if someone is telling you something..anything..Make sure what your doing stays in your mind. Because sometimes if your in a situation you tend to not make a mental note..and your just totally oblivious to the situation. Just make sure you know whats happening and be aware. You know what I mean?

It can be because of stress(if there's something to be stressed about) or you're just tired. You need to sleep more at least 6-7 hours. You can talk to your mom about it also. Hope i helped!

hey, well maybe you are really stressed out, or maybe you are just being very forgetful. Think back and try to see if you have been doing anything differently lately...if none of this works ask one of your parents. I'm sure you will figure something out, good luck, sorry. x3 Allie x0x
