are there any web-sites i can get really cute backgrounds? (like URL codes)

yeahhh try this website-

www.createblog.com

er if you want a background from xanga, myspace, an icon, etc. right click on it & click properties. there will be a URL link there so keep that & then if you go & get a photobucket account, which is-

www.photobucket.com

you then can put it on there & there's 3 URL addresses to choose from depending on what website you're using for your backgrounds.
