i have these little red bumps on some parts of mt lips.i don't know what they are. i also have chapped lips, so i don't know if its from the same thing, but they stinq.do you think it's from the chapstick i'm usinq? it's not very good quality and it's old.

yep, it's definitly your chapstick, try to get a new kind, oh and if you are wearing lipstick or gloss this causes the little red bumps

Well it sounds like it could be a couple of things. You may have cold sores. It's very comon to get with weather changes and such. There's a really really good over the counter ointment you could get at your local drug store. It's called Abreeva and it's about 16.99 (depends on where you go and if they are having a sale) But like you mentioned, you lips could just be reacting to the old chapstick. You should throw out all lipglosses and chapsticks at least every 1/2 months. Stop using it for about a week or so and see if you notice any improvement. While you're letting that happen try rubbing some Vasaline on your lips once a day. This will help rehydrate them and soothe the sores. Then when that doesnt work you may resort to the Abreeva. I am sure you're fine though. :)
