Buy a new outfit, not necessarily expensive, it could be from Kohl's or whatever as long as it's cute.
Get your hair done. It doesn't have to be at a salon or anything, just get a friend to do it that's really good, or an older sister or something. (I'd go for straightening it, it's always cute!)
Get your sister to do your makeup, or someone else who is good at it.
Get your nails/toes done. Once again, it doesn't have to be at a salon or anything.
And of course, much more than looks, personality matters too!
Flirt with him so he gets the idea
Be friendly
Talk to his buddies and "casually" bring him up
Call him for the "math assignment"
Compliment him

The first way to get a guy to notice you is to talk when your in front of him but make sure you don't say anything stupid and avoid akward moment's of silences because that makes people say stupid things. Then make yourself look especially good one day like do something great with your hair like curl it then do something with it. Then mix up your wardrobe wear something bright that makes you stand out from your crew i would recommend wearing red because red catching everyone's eye it doesn't matter who it is. Then go from there to see if he notices you and if he doesn't then jsut shit on him and move on to a different guy lol!!!
