is there a latex paint black?

hi my name is justin and i want to paint to my room, but where i live at has a rule that only latex based paint can be used.(im not sure if its latex of water based..) and i want to paint my room black. is there any nice latex or water based black paint that looks good?

Justin, no black paint looks good. If you want to be gloomy, try hunter green.

I would check out the paint supply stores in your area. Many of them offer cards with various colors so you can browse and pick your color. If you're in the US, try Walmart, Lowe's or Home Depot.
