Question Posted Wednesday November 16 2005, 7:58 pm
i have dirty blonde hair and am considered the quiet shy girl at school. i'm not really, i just want to do something fun and make them all be confused since they won't expect it. i want bright, but light, blue hihglights in my hair. i want it to last for at least a few weeks without fading too much. but what's the difference between streaks and highlights? is there really? and if anyone has a picture of someone with blue streaks/highlights, it would be greatly appreciated!

With highlets you can get them in different amounts of color: chunky, chunky weave, a quarter inch apart. an inch apart..but i definitly would not recomend this with blue because ive never seen anyone with blue HiGHLiGHTS. But, I have seen with streaks. Usually with streaks, its usually just done in..streaks lol, on the outer part of the hair, not everywhere like highlights, usually poeple put blue streaks in their hair wen they have it down and straight. Ive never really seen anyone with blonde hair and blue streaks ..except me because ive put a couple streaks of blue in my hair before..but i did it with the ConAirProColorAccents thing or something. I really recomend this because its awesome! and you can put so many colors in your hair. they sell them at walmart, walgreens, etc. Usually when i see bright streaks or marks of neon color, its on black hair cuz that looks the best. Okay well haha good luck!! [ XoxBroKeNxoX's advice column | Ask XoxBroKeNxoX A Question ]
